This is a teaser for next week's groups. To get started on your healing journey we must first look at ourselves. We spend a lifetime looking out the window of our minds viewing the world as it goes by. We measure ourselves against all that we see and compare others to the morals and values that we hold within. We tend to rest in a place of superiority where we feel we know the best way to live life and that we do it well. This way of thinking comes from an ego centric mindset that is common and normal. But it clouds our view and limits our true perspective on things. We spend little time truly exploring ourselves, the good, the bad, the mediocre, the trivial, and much more. We tend to judge others rather than look into ourselves to see how we can change to have a greatest influence on the world around us. All of your power to upgrade your life rests within you. You will achieve the greatest progress through your ability to self-reflect. You must learn to do this openly and honestly, removing bias and without criticism and judgment of self. These are hard tasks to achieve, because most of us hate our inner selves. We tend to think we are not enough or we are failures! But here we will examine this pattern of thinking to remove blocks and to get on the path of healthy progressive self-reflection and evaluation! Take a look that the picture below. Review the questions and begin thinking about your life and experiences. What comes up for you? Post 2 or 3 answers here for the group to share! I will post mine as well! I look forward to reading your thoughts!
